In this free presentation and trauma-sensitive yoga practice, you'll learn about the causes and effects of complex relational trauma. You'll also have opportunities to try some Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), a gentle adjunct therapy for complex trauma which invites you to explore moving your body at your own pace and on your own terms, using yoga forms.

TCTSY was developed at the Trauma Center of Brookline, MA, by David Emerson, author of Overcoming Trauma through Yoga, in collaboration with brain researchers, therapists, and people living with complex relational trauma. It is gentle and adaptable to a variety of needs, and you don't need to have any yoga experience to do it.
